All deliveries are ‘Next working day’ unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders for non-stock items will be dispatched within 7-12 working days unless contacted by Customer Services.

Our offices are and warehouses are open from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
‘Working days’ is defined as Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
